Rhinoplasty, or correction of the nose , is an easy surgical procedure as the nose plays a major role in a person’s appearance. As rhinoplasty procedure is performed mostly inside the nose it will leave no visible scars . Although it can be performed with local anesthetics, I recommend a general anesthesia as this is more comfortable for the patient.

An overnight stay in the clinic of 4 days is required. A splint will be applied and patients who live in the Nürnberg area will return for check-up 10 days after surgery . After removal of the splint only a light swelling will be visible.

Female patients should schedule the surgery after their menstrual period.
